If the Weather Service knows whereof it speaks (and they've been depressingly accurate lately), it should be a sunny day on Tuesday, albeit hot and humid. So what better way to beat the heat than climbing by the seaside?

So far, so good, weatherwise. But is nobody else going to show up, even with such beautiful weather? Make yourself known soon, or I may decide not to make the trip.
I'll be there.
Might bring someone.
Wes
It is muggy but beautiful on the North Shore. I'm going over to SFP tonight. It'll probably be the coolest place around!
Great! I hope to be there around 5:00, but that will probably prove to be optimistic . . .
Four from Andover coming: Wes, house mate Yu Syuan, Yu Syuan's friend, and Wes' friend Ingrid, Andover climber.
Five climbers showed up, with four ropes set up. The weather was gorgeous, pleasantly cool, and the rock did not feel the least bit greasy. From the top you could see the moon rising over the harbor. The only downside is that they fixed the floodlight for the plaque, which attracted bugs in great numbers after it came on. If we had stopped climbing 15 minutes earlier, the bugs wouldn't have been nearly so bad; there were hardly any while the sun was up.
