This Tuesday is expected to be sunny and in the upper 60's, a decent conclusion to the 2009 season. But the sun sets really early these days, so if you can't make it to Maiden before 5:00, you should probably do "Prince's Direct" instead.
We're down to the next-to-last Tuesday night of the season, and it looks like the weather has finally gotten around to being friendly: The forecast is for sunny and 70's, though clouding up in the evening. Keep your fingers crossed.
Here we are, with only three Tuesday nights left, and a pleasant forecast (warm and mostly sunny) for Den Rock this Tuesday. Don't forget that it gets dark much earlier now (sunset is before seven), so it pays to leave work a bit earlier, if you can.
The weather forecast is looking good, if a bit cool, for Route 1 Quarry this Wednesday. I haven't been there in years, but I'd like to see the place again. I just hope I can find Pizza and Beer, the quarry's hidden gem.
It's looking good for Tuesday, with the weather predicted to be sunny with temperatures in the low seventies. (I won't be there, because I'm currently on vacation in California. That's why I messed up on the last two weeks; most motels don't have wired Internet, and something is wrong with the wireless in my laptop.)
The weather service is now saying "50% chance of rain" for Tuesday night in Hopkinton. I won't be able to be there, but I hope for everybody else's sake that the situation improves.
If the Weather Service knows whereof it speaks (and they've been depressingly accurate lately), it should be a sunny day on Tuesday, albeit hot and humid. So what better way to beat the heat than climbing by the seaside?
The end of July finds us in convenient Waitts Mountain Park -- with no mention of rain in Tuesday's forecast. Let's hope it holds.
The current forecast is "chance of rain: 40 percent" for Tuesday during the day, and increasing that evening. Here we go again . . .
For a change, the forecast says "mostly sunny" during the day, and then clouding up in the evening. I'll take it!
